HIV/AIDS activities are undertaken through the RBGM Foundation, which receives 1% of Modicare's profit as income each year. Its focus is to promote HIV/AIDS awareness and to increase commitment, both financial and non-financial, including the workplace, schools, and sex workers. The broad community activities of the Foundation include the work made possible by the company (with their employees) and their network of suppliers and distributors.
